Hiya! I'm in the process of making a website with wordpress.org. I was wondering if I only need 1 security plugin or can I use multiple? Would it be silly to use more than one?
Securing my website and data is something I like to focus on.
Thanks a lot!submitted by /u/pashmasha
Hello all, I'm wondering if there is a specific name for a plugin for a marketplace for digital downloads. The marketplace has to be able to show multiple versions (pricing options or licenses) of each item if possible.
Backend Look: https://i.imgur.com/Nu98ODA.jpg
Actual Marketplace Look: https://i.imgur.com/FvY69nG.jpg
Pricing Options Example: https://i.imgur.com/undefined.jpg

I am looking desperately for a wordpress plugin which lets you create the same kind of category buttons to sort different things on the website, as on the website I have linked here.

i was wondering if is there a plugin that allows to export single posts or pages in a markdown format.
The reason for this questions is that i would like to use Wordpress as an editorial calendar and as a text editor (Since it's really powerful).

Hi I am looking for a free or paid dynamic timeline plugin that will work with existing posts.
I already have my posts written, and want a plug-in that will read the post date, display them in a vertical timeline, on a timeline page I create, in desc order, that displays the title of blog post + snippet and links to the existing post. Something like that. The plugin should update dynamically (when I post something, and date it to 1929, for example, the timeline should "see" it and put it into the correct place in 1929).
Currently most seem to want me to rewrite the post inside their plugin, and publish and THEN it will list it in the timeline.
Anything?submitted by /u/jess_askin
I think I installed it right. I hit the install button and activated it and in the WP Admin to apply it to a page nothing is there. It just asks me about the colors but nothing is showing.
Do I have to do another step? I have zero knowledge of website building so there is a good chance I just don't understand how it works.submitted by /u/Femineesta
