[HELP] Looking for plugin that allows users to make a selection from a list of buttons with photo backdrops

Mon, 08/28/2017 - 21:50

It seems simple, but it might be something I'd have to get professional help with.

I want users to be able to visually see options as they click on them, for a more interactive experience. For example: "Vanilla" or "Chocolate" buttons with a photo backdrop of say, vanilla and chocolate icecream behind each selection, respectively.

When the user is done, I would then receive their selection via email.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

[HELP] Looking to create a classified site on WP with user accounts, message board capability, and ability to post/sell ad space. What are my best options?

Sat, 08/26/2017 - 21:04

Also, I'm wondering if third party themes/plug-ins are the best way to go for this. My only concern with that and using a theme like Templatic is that I would have to buy the business version of Wordpress, which isn't too cheap ($24.99/mo)

Social Media Share and Facebook Feed Suggestions [SUGGESTIONS], [DISCUSSION], [REQUEST], [HELP]

Thu, 08/24/2017 - 22:36

I have a dental website that covers multiple locations. Each location has their own facebook, twitter, & google+ account. I’d like to find a plugin that allows me to specify the social media account specific to each practice. All the plugins that I’ve reviewed only allow users to specify 1 social media account. Does anyone have suggestions on a plugin (either free or paid) that would accomplish this?

Second, I’m trying to have a facebook feed show up on each locations page specific to said location. As in the above case, all plugins that I have reviewed only allow users to target one social media account. Does anyone have suggestions on a plugin (either free or paid) that would accomplish this?

[Help] Nextend Facebook Connect

Thu, 08/24/2017 - 20:25

Hello,

I find myself sort of in a pickle and I can't figure it out. Essentially I want to create two links that take an individual to the same page (My Account). One will be Register one will say My account.

Both will have the option to sign in or register. That's fine. I prefer to only have the option to register but I'm ok with that. The problem is when I add the code for sign up with facebook. It still appears in the my account section once someone is logged in.

What am I doing wrong exactly? I would prefer for register to disappear altogether once someone has logged in.

[HELP] Plugin for updating the changed prices in Amazon in woocommerce website store (I am manually adding the products using affiliate/external product)

Wed, 08/23/2017 - 18:31

Hi!

I am using only woocommerce and I am putting the products in my website store using only external/affiliate product. Without using some automatic WP plugins for automatically adding the products from Amazon.

Do you know some plugins? They can be free too.

Thanks!

[Help] Saving files for a plugin

Wed, 08/23/2017 - 14:03

I've written a plugin that manages meeting rooms for public reservations and staff events.

I'd like to ask public users to attach an image or PDF of their 501(3)(c) paperwork. I've written the front end, but I'm wondering what best practices are for the location and security of saving documents.

My plan was to use wp_upload_dir() to move the files to a slug-named folder under /wp-content, secured with an .htaccess that blocks directory browsing. Is there a better method for this?
